I'd like to ask if Google Apps Script can achieve the following.

・ Receiving inquiries from users via gmail
・ Reply with gmail

・ Manage projects with google spreadsheet
・ Turn a new (first inquiry) received email into a spreadsheet
-Turning point for sent emails (add your email to CC)
・ To receive a reply email as a continuation when it is received again. spreadshtte turns to a new column in an existing row, not a new row

In order to realize the above, it is an image that assigns a case number when replying to a new e-mail, and adds it to the right column if it matches the matter number (both transmission and reception).

I don't know much about programming, so I think it's a nasty question, but I'd like to ask if it is feasible.
