The host cannot connect to the external network after starting VirtualBox virtual machine
Even with systemctl restart network, the situation is unavoidably changing and the host PC is rebooted.

The host is CentOS7 (as of August 24, 2018)
The guest is Windows Server 2016, and NAT is set for network adapter # 1.
Gugu and DHCP on network adapter # 1, fixed IP on network adapter # 2
It says that it should be assigned, but it has not been implemented yet.

The guest cannot connect to the outside.
The guest IP address is fixed, and the default gateway has already been entered.

Supplemental information (FW/tool version etc.)

Host OS: CentOS7 (as of August 24)
Guest OS: Windows Server 2016
NAT is set for the guest network adapter
The guest OS is a fixed IP in the host OS network.

    It was an ordinary mistake.
It was because nothing was created in the configuration->network.
I'm sorry for the rudimentary point, but it's a common problem with VirtualBox.
