I'm sorry for the question.
I'm building an ftp server on CentOS7.
Installation succeeds, but
An error occurs when starting with systemctl and it cannot be started.

This morning, vsftpd was started for a long time and an error occurred.
I decided to uninstall it and set it again.
(This server is not connected to the Internet, and the service is installed from the disk attached to the CentOS7 textbook)
First, when uninstalling with yum remove, an error such as checking the mirror is displayed,
There was a case where the uninstallation did not proceed at all.
I deleted the process, etc., and managed to solve it, but I was able to uninstall it.
If i try to install vsftpd again after that, it will fail and you will not be able to start.

I checked journalctl -xn,
Those logs are
vsftpd.service: control process exited, code = exited status = 1
Failed to start Vsftpd ftp deamon
I can only find it.

When searching for similar conditions,
There is a description that it can not be started in the initial state,
I tried to change the description of the listen part of vsftpd.conf, but it could not be started.
I uninstalled it once and then reinstalled it, but it didn't work as well.

There is not enough knowledge to isolate the cause.
You may not have the information you need, but
I would appreciate your help.
Thanking you in advance.

    Add vsftpd version, configuration file, and log to the question text.
    If no log appears, start vsftpd from the root user's shell (command line) and check for any errors.

    #/usr/sbin/vsftpd /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf

    listenandlisten_ipv6cannot both be YES.
    It must be either.

    (IPv4 only)
    listen = YES
    listen_ipv6 = NO
    (IPv4 and IPv6)
    listen = NO
    listen_ipv6 = YES
