If i try to create a new fixed page with wordpress, the title will be garbled. Where can I fix this? If i know, professor can help. Thanking you in advance.

By the way, the wordpress version is 4.9.3–ja

Try it

In the 1wp-admin folder, create a php.ini file (please list at the end if it already exists) as text, and enter it as follows:

default_charset = "utf-8"
mbstring.internal_encoding = UTF-8
mbstring.http_output = UTF-8
mbstring.encoding_translation = Off

The following description at the end of the htaccess file in the 2 WordPress folder

php_value default_charset "UTF-8"
php_value mbstring.internal_encoding "UTF-8"
php_value mbstring.http_output "UTF-8"
php_value mbstring.encoding_translation "Off"

Listed per 3 single.php (post page) and page.php (fixed page)

<? php
header ("Content-Type: text/html;charset = UTF-8");

    Hide title was hidden using a plug-in called Hide Title

    Thank you very much!

    This is a title instead of the_title ()
    Isn't it output with $post->post_name?

    Isn't it a theme that uses the slug of the page as the title?
