How to compile Calc.java and CalcLogic.java text documents in Chapter 6 of the 2nd edition of Java

If i am a beginner and would like to point out anything that is difficult to understand, I would appreciate it.

As I mentioned, I'm studying Java using the "Introductory Java Introduction 2nd Edition".
Compiling with "javac" at the command prompt does not work.

The directory is.
I understand that documents in this directory can be compiled, but
If the text documents for Calc.java and CalcLogic.java try to save in the above directory,

C: \ Program Files \ Java \ jdk-13.0.1 \ bin \ CalcLogic.java You do not have permission to save to this location. Contact your administrator to get permission.

and an alert will appear, so save it in the document folder and try compiling it.
"Error: File not found"

How can I solve this problem in order to compile from this state?

I would appreciate it if you could give me advice.
