I tried to launch a new site with Wordpress version 5.5, but I got a 404 error on the admin screen. In addition, a 403 error has occurred on the top page.

After investigating, it turned out that there was a problem with the permalink setting and .htccess, but the permalink setting cannot be handled because the WordPress management screen does not appear.

I would like to resolve the error, so please teach me.

If you can't access WordPress right after installation on the X server,
The security of the X server itself may be affected.

There should be a setting called "Access restrictions for foreign IP addresses", so why not turn it off once?

By the way, even if you have a domestic IP address (access from within Japan), you may be caught in this access restriction.
