I tried to find out if anyone had the same problem on their own.
I couldn't find it, so I'll ask you here.

From Google Search Console
"A noindex tag has been added to the URL sent."
I received an error notification saying
When I accessed Search Console and checked it,
The URL to which the No index tag is added is
These were pages I didn't remember creating in the first place.

For example

Suppose you have created three pages so far.
However, in Search Console "Coverage"
"A noindex tag has been added to the URL sent."
If i click, the page with the error will be displayed.

Repeat the permalink again, like
Addresses with "-2" added at the end will appear in a row.
Of course, the article that set the permalink with this "-2"
I haven't written one.
Also, if you click the link with "-2" above,
You will be taken to a page that displays only the article title and featured images.

This newly created (?) Page is
What the hell is it?
I don't need a page like this in the first place, so I'd like to delete it if possible.
How can I delete it?
If it's impossible to remove
How can I remove the noindex tag from these pages?

It would be greatly appreciated if you could ask for a professor.
Thank you.

    Isn't it an individual page of the media?

    On the themeattachment.phpMake

    <? php
    header ("HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found");
    include __DIR__. ('/404.php');

    If you make the individual page of the media 404 like
    The page is treated as not
