I switched to python quite recently from js, java and wanted to try but a test written with a fixture -it completely refuses to run, I don't know what else to try if I write tests without a fixture and write the browser= webdriver.Chrome () method separately without def browser (): -then the tests are launched and executed, but as soon as you wrap it in def or fixture, then everything is worth it, I click on start and nothing happens, even it does not give any errors, help who came across

From the output, you are running the test simply as a script (python filename.py). It needs to be run through pytest, for example pytest filename.py. Now, not only does the fixture not work for you, but in general the tests do not run.
