I got a license for IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate edition, although I asked WebStorm to work with JavaScript. I set it up and immediately the problems begin: either Gradle is not satisfied with the JRE and not the JDK, then the JavaScript plugin is needed (although, it seems like it should be the default for Ultimate), then something else. Those. instead of the satisfaction of receiving a quality product, he received additional hemorrhoids. Anyone who has experience in setting up, please share how this can be done without any frills, i.e. roughly speaking, make WebStorm from IntelliJ IDEA?

Maybe you should write in support of Jet Brains and change the license, but not this is all?

Maybe it just won't work.

@ vitaliy4us why won't it work? I through technical support changed the phpStorm annual license to intellijIdea Ultimate.

@AlexeyShimansky just install the required plugins. This is how I added all the functionality of phpStorm to IntellijIdea Ultimate.

JavaScript plugin is included by default, perhaps you have disabled some plugin that this plugin depends on? In general, you can, of course, turn off all unnecessary (and add what you need), but maybe it's easier to do as you are advised above (i.e. change the license)?
